Introduction

Owner Adelbert van Korlaar has been active in the mushroom cultivation sector, together with his wife and co-owner of SuperChamp, Jeanne van Korlaar, for more than 25 years. Together, they established their mushroom cultivation business in 1984. During this time, the food supplement was developed for internal use in their own nursery. Multiple testing resulted in higher quality mushrooms. In 1988, the company decided to focus entirely on the production of food supplements for the mushroom cultivation sector. SuperChamp was established and the food supplement was produced in the mill named 'Sara Catharina'.

 

Until this date, SuperChamp has developed into an international business with most of its clients in Europe and South-Africa. Next to the mill is a state-of-the-art factory where the food supplements are produced with the highest level of hygiene. SuperChamp's main daily focus lies on the production process of different types of food supplements.
